Description

A large sectioned, whole mounted male cellar spider in mahogany frame, for a magic lantern. The spider has been dry mounted between glass plates and measures almost 2 inches (50 mm.) in diameter (including legs). The unmarked mahogany frame measures 7 x 4 x 3/8″. Victorian in age, perfect condition, unusual mount. Hand written label. Glass measures 80 x 80 mm. square.
