Description

Small compact quack device by A Gaiffe, Paris in a “fold open” mahogany case

Surface polished but shows a burn mark.

Stamped inside – 15631 plus a Gaiffe Logo.

Retailed by Mackey & Co, London.

Incorporates a small induction coil with pull out core and rumbler to generate a charge.

Electrodes all present but the mercury coated zine and silver battery has long since corroded and been removed.

Otherwise complete.
