Description

Hexagonal equatorial sundial in gilded brass and silver. Latitude arms (from 10° to 90°) mounted on a hinge. Compass on a golden background indicating the cardinal points with a steel needle and brass pivot. At the base of the compass, there is a plumb level to adjust the dial to a horizontal position.

On the back there is an important list of latitudes and the signature “Johann Willebrand In Augspurg 48.” In its original black leather case with pink silk interior.

Case dimensions: total length of 6,7 cm x width of 6,7 cm.
