HORIZONTAL 360 CIRCLE DIVIDED IN SINGLE DEGREES, VERNIERS READING TO 3 AND 5 MINUTES OF ARC. TELESCOPE 13" INCHES FIXED FOCUS, INVERTED IMAGE CROSS HAIRS INTACT & ON THE EXTERNAL SIGHTS.
