Italian anatomical model of the head and brain, early 1900's

Description

A great Italian anatomical model of the head and brain, early 1900’s.

Handpainted plaster, heavy and slightly bigger than lifesize.
It’s a very rare model, most likely from Paravia, based on the earlier similar model from the German Bock-Steger, but pretty unique due to the coloured areas of the brain.
In great condition (I can only notice few, small, repaints), measure of the oval base ca. 27×30 cm, height 24 cm.
