The L.M. France barograph is an accurate, self-recording scientific instrument manufactured by the French company Léon Maxant (often referred to as L.M. or Les Ateliers L.M. Bordeaux). These instruments, recognisable by their anchor logo, were traditionally widely used in shipping and for meteorological purposes.

Manufacturer: L.M. stands for Léon Maxant (1856-1936), a renowned French manufacturer of barometers and other measuring instruments.

Comes with spare paper ink and the winding key.
