Description

Three 18th-century lenticulars used for skull surgery (aka: trepanning), all likely English. See last image taken from Keith Wilbur’s ANTIQUE MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS (1987: 134) for an explanation of their use. All with ebony handles. Number 2 is in very good+ condition numbers 1 & 2 have chips or a  crack. Numbers 1 & 3 are $150 each; number 2 is $200.00.
