DIAL HAS 360 DEGREE CIRCLE WITH INNER CIRCLE OF 4 X 90 DEGREE QUADRANTS WITH VERNIERS & TWIN SPIRIT LEVELS. THE HALF CICLE HAS 2 X 90 DEGREE QUADRANTS DIVIDED IN 30' MINUTE DIVISIONS, VERNIER TO 1' MINUTE OF ARC.
