A rare 18th c. Italian scarificator for bloodletting, signed “Giobat Boeglier in Roma” and dated 1754.
It’s in great condition and in working order with its 13 blades.
As additional feature a great engraving on one side: “Filippo Da Como in Brescia riformò l’anno 1845”, the proud signature of the technician that in 1845 verified the instrument
