OFFERED FOR SALE IS A FINE WORKING EXAMPLE OF A WATKINS PATENT CLINOMETER. It is is good working condition but there is no case and the “keeper” does not work well. In use on looks in the window of the instrument, sites on a landmark and the scale, which rotates automatically, indicates the degree of inclination.
