A good Potain’s aspirator set by S.Maw, Son and Thompson in nickel steel c.1880. Signed on the Company crest for the large syringe (working), includes rubber stopper for the aspiration/fluids bottle with dual valves (working), one rubber tube with fitting, 3 needles (curved, short and long) together with a portable aspirator, on chain, working as a propelling pencil (signed “Acme, London” and patented). The mahogany case is in good condition with lock and hinges intact. Measures 7 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 inches deep.
