Description

Unsigned, circa 1800, measuring 25.5 inches ( 65 cm ) when closed with a non achromatic main lens of 27 mm ( just over an inch ) in diameter. There are sliders to both ends of the telescope. The lenses are damage free; the mahogany barrel free of cracks. Lacquer is still intact. The single brass draw tube is fully retractable and is constructed in three segments.

A good, clean example.

It comes with a later wooden display stand.
