Description

SOLD – An excellent example of a WW1, 3 draw signalling telescope by Negretti & Zambra, London, the first draw engraved, ‘TEL SIG (MK 1V) ALSO GS. NEGRETTI & ZAMBRA, LONDON. 1917. No 29080’. The telescope measures 11.25 inches when closed and 33 inches when fully open with a 2″ objective lens.

All lenses are damage free and give a sharp, clean image when viewed through. No dents, all stitching is intact, the draws pull smoothly. The telescope has both leather protective end caps and shoulder strap. 

Currently fitted with a low powered eye piece lens, it has the additional high power lens in its leather case.
