Description

Offered for sale is a fully working example of the rare Watson-Conrady Vertical Illuminator.  This is a top quality vertical illuminator in excellent working condition and will date to the 1930s – see Watson catalogue entry as shown.  It’s the fully specified version, with counter-balance weight, internal reflector and two internal adjustable irises.  This equipment has RMS fit to the optical tube and comes with a working 6V bulb, power cable which is terminated with a small Bulgin 3-pin.  This 3-pin fits the Watson low voltage power supply unit as shown in the listing.  The power supply isn’t included in this listing but could be made available via a separate listing if required for an additional GBP60.

I’ve added a few photos showing the Watson-Conrady Vertical Illuminator fitted to a Watson Mint Metallurgical, so you can see pictures of it in action.  Top piece of kit.
