The phrenology section is divided into planes and marked with Roman numerals. An anatomical heart model of of circa 1890’s made by the Auzoux Factory. Louis Thomas Auzoux was a French medical doctor who added papier-mache to the modelling process of anatomical models. The model has some erosion due to time, but is complete with parts and the original paper labels in latin. Auzoux set up a workshop in his home town of Saint Aubin d’Ecrosville in 1827.
